Compensation
- The role offers a basic salary of £35,000 to £40,000 plus incentives and benefits.

What you will do
- Manage installations from sale closure through go-live and ongoing support.
- Perform and oversee phone-system installations.
- Own customer communication, issue resolution and service delivery.
- Coordinate suppliers and engineers for smooth delivery.
- Improve processes, organisation and operational performance.
- Keep projects on track, on time and to a high standard.
- Act as the go-to person for operational problem-solving.

- Proven operations leadership experience.
- Essential experience in telecoms operations.
- Essential hands-on knowledge and ability to install phone systems.
- Strong organisation, punctuality and attention to detail.
