Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across assigned properties and projects
- Ensure service quality, safety, and compliance with organizational standards and local regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Manage schedules and workflows
- Monitor facility performance, maintenance, and resource utilization
- Analyze operational data and implement process improvements
- Manage vendor relationships
- Support budget planning and cost control
- Lead and mentor staff
- Resolve operational issues promptly
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management within real estate or related industries
- Strong skills in process improvement, workflow optimization, and resource planning
- Ability to manage budgets, monitor costs, and interpret operational and financial reports
- Competence in vendor and stakeholder management, contract oversight, and service level coordination
- Effective leadership, team management, and performance coaching capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with productivity tools and operational management systems; familiarity with facility or property management software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in operations or project management are a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial
