Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations across assigned locations, ensuring service standards, food quality, and hygiene requirements are consistently met
- Manage staff schedules, supervise frontline teams, monitor inventory and procurement, and control operational costs
- Implement standard operating procedures, analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with leadership on opening new concepts, coordinating training, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in Pastry & Bakery or hospitality operations management, with hands on oversight of daily store or unit performance
- Strong leadership skills, including team supervision, coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Solid understanding of inventory control, procurement, cost management, and basic budgeting or P&L review
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with local health and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on process optimization and problem solving
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Ability to work on site, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as operations require
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in launching or scaling new outlet concepts is a plus, as is familiarity with various POS systems
- Strong knowledge in ensuring the optimization of labor costs

Role Description
