Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day to day operations across all branches
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Ensure efficient coordination between departments and branches to achieve organizational goals
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service quality
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, company policies, and quality standards
- Lead, mentor, and support branch managers and operational teams
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency
- Analyze operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive informed decision making
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement

- Handle operational challenges proactively and implement effective solutions
- Maintain a high standard of customer and patient satisfaction across all branches
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of UAE regulatory and compliance requirements
- Proven experience managing multi site or multi branch operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems
