Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day operations of branches.
  • Develop and improve operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor branch performance and implement improvement plans.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Support the opening and operational setup of new branches.
  • Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in retail, supermarket, or food related operations.
  • Experience managing branch operations and teams.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of inventory management and purchasing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Arabic and English communication skills.
