Nord Anglia Education is recruiting an Operations Manager for Nord Anglia International School Al Khor, Qatar.

The role has overall responsibility for operational management of the school campus and strategic leadership of non-academic functions.

Provide strategic leadership for health and safety, facilities management, and campus planning.
Lead capital projects, including capex budgets, governance structures, and risk mitigation.
Oversee renovations, modifications, and large-scale procurement projects with landlords, contractors, and design teams.
Manage third-party contracts and daily operations for security, cleaning, maintenance, school buses, and onsite catering.
Ensure compliance with Qatar regulatory agencies, Nord Anglia standards, and legal requirements.
Lead budgeting, procurement, and event logistics across non-academic school functions.
Line manage the Procurement Officer, Operations Assistant, facilities team, bus support assistants, and medical team.
Work with the Extended Leadership Team on space planning, room moves, and building maintenance.
Advise the Principal on resources and drive cost savings through vendor and supplier negotiation.
