Operations Manager (Female only)

Overview

• If you like taking something that works and making it better, this is probably for you.
• We run a busy family photography studio and we are looking for someone to take ownership of operations.
• Not just running the day to day, but looking at how things are done, where we can improve, and how we can grow.
• You will be managing the flow of the studio and making sure everything runs properly.
• At the same time, you will be researching, testing ideas, and helping us build better systems as we expand.
• What you’ll be doing
• Running daily studio operations and keeping everything on track
• Looking at current processes and finding ways to improve them
• Researching tools, ideas, and approaches to make operations better
• Helping implement changes and new ways of working
• Managing schedules, team coordination, and overall workflow
• Supporting growth by bringing structure to new ideas

• You are organized and think in systems
• You don’t just follow processes, you improve them
• You have experience managing operations in retail, creative industries, or hospitality
• You are proactive and take ownership
• You are comfortable figuring things out on your own
• You speak English fluently (Russian is a plus)
