Safety / Environmental Actively manages Safety Health and Environmental issues daily. Responsible for investigating EH&S Incidents and Near Misses as well as determining root cause and implementing corrective actions. Responsible for setting and maintaining high standards for housekeeping. Brings all safety / environmental concerns to the attention of the Plant Manager and/or the appropriate department manager immediately. Responsible for safely managing both hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams. Works with other managers, supervisors, and maintenance personnel to create and maintain a safe work environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities
The Operations Manager is the primary supervisor for our Manufacturing Manager, Packaging Manager, and Maintenance Manager, and Logistics Manager. This role serves as the secondary supervisor to all employees within those departments.

Education and/or Experience
