Responsibilities
- Select suitable locations and present effective proposals.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing departments to ensure the smooth flow of materials to branches.
- Establish and maintain work standards to ensure accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
- Manage the company's daily operations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address their feedback and complaints to ensure brand loyalty.
- Lead and train branch supervisors and managers and regularly evaluate their performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and systems.
- Manage the operating budget in line with company objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in selecting suitable locations and presenting effective proposals
- Ability to coordinate with warehouse and purchasing departments to ensure the smooth flow of materials to branches
- Proven track record in managing daily operations and ensuring accuracy, productivity, and reliability
- Experience in leading and training branch supervisors and managers
- Knowledge of regulations, laws, and systems to ensure compliance
- Ability to manage the operating budget in line with company objectives
