Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee factory, site, and event operations within the exhibition stand construction industry.
The ideal candidate will manage project execution, manpower, logistics, and event setup while ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily factory, site, and event operations
- Supervise exhibition stand construction and event setup activities
- Coordinate manpower, materials, logistics, and project timelines
- Lead site teams and ensure quality, safety, and timely execution
- Handle fast-paced operations and double-shift setups when required
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors for smooth project delivery
Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in events operations, exhibition stand construction, factory operations, or site management
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Experience in the exhibition stand/construction industry is required
- Dubai/UAE industry experience is an added advantage
