15+ years of experience in a senior leadership position within operations or project delivery
7+ years of on-site project experience, ideally within the electrical/construction sectors
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, Masters/Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (essential)
Cert IV Leadership and Development (desirable)
Ability to obtain and maintain a police clearance.
