The Operations Manager runs the delivery engine for a Dubai-headquartered corporate-services, legal-structuring, and capital-markets group.
The role supports founders, family offices, fund managers, and international companies entering the Gulf.
This is hands-on management rather than oversight, with ownership of teams, processes, stuck cases, and delivery deadlines.
About the Company
The group operates through GCC Solutions, GCC Law, Gulf Equity Partners, and Gulf Trust.
The group has offices in Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Kuwait and operates with a small senior team.
Service Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of incorporations, licence renewals, amendments, attestations, visa and Iqama processing, payroll runs, and corporate administration.
- Maintain a live matter tracker across every client and jurisdiction.
- Prevent missed licence expiries, visa expiries, filing dates, and payroll cutoffs.
- Allocate work daily, set priorities, and personally handle escalated or stuck cases.
- Define, document, and improve standard operating procedures for recurring service lines.
- Set turnaround-time standards per service and report delivery performance monthly.
Government and Regulatory Processing
- Oversee UAE processing across DED, free zone portals, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Amer, and Tas-heel.
- Oversee Saudi processing across Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, MISA, Saudi Business Center, ZATCA, and Absher.
Requirements
- Hands-on management capability for end-to-end corporate-services delivery across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to manage client matters involving company formation, licence renewals, amendments, attestations, visa and Iqama processing, payroll, and ongoing corporate administration.
- Ability to maintain operational control over statutory deadlines, filing dates, licence and visa expiries, and payroll cutoffs.
