Role Overview
Own end-to-end execution and delivery of E-Houses, electrical buildings, and modular electrical or utility buildings.
Oversee the value chain from design and engineering through procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, delivery, site installation, commissioning, and final handover.
Ensure execution is safe and aligned with approved budget, schedule, quality requirements, and contractual specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering and execution across civil or structural, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, ELV, control, and automation disciplines.
- Oversee integration and installation of transformers, MV/LV switchgear, distribution boards, MCCs, VFD/VFTs, SCADA, PLC/DCS, UPS, battery systems, HVAC, fire and gas, ELV, and cable management systems.
- Manage fabrication, prefabrication, assembly, and modular integration of E-Houses, electrical rooms, battery houses, and related skids or packages.
- Plan and execute factory acceptance testing and other testing activities.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary E-House or modular electrical building execution across engineering and delivery stages.
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, structural, instrumentation, ELV, control, and automation disciplines.
- Familiarity with integrated systems including transformers, MV/LV switchgear, MCCs, PLC/SCADA, UPS, battery systems, HVAC, and fire and gas systems.
