The Opportunity
Own the operational backbone of a rapidly growing, internationally scaling e-commerce business.
Work directly with the founder in a small team to build systems and processes that support continued growth.
Key Details
- The role is based in Manchester, UK.
- The setup is hybrid, with office days on Monday and Thursday and flexibility beyond those days.
- The role reports to the founder.
Demand Planning and Inventory Strategy
- Build sales forecasting models using historical sales, growth rates, marketing calendars, and seasonality.
- Allocate inventory across UK and US warehouses to maximize availability and minimize overstock.
- Predict and trigger reorders for branded packaging and monitor sell-through rates and competitor positioning.
- Manage fabric consignment arrangements and maintain reserved fabric for emergency purchase orders.
Supply Chain and Production
- Own relationships with fabric, garment, and packaging manufacturers.
- Confirm quantities, place orders, lock in lead times, and resolve production defects and quality failures.
