Maven Contracting and General Maintenance is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee construction and maintenance operations across the UAE. The role involves managing multiple projects, teams, and resources to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects and ensure they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Manage project managers, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources
- Monitor project progress, productivity, costs, risks, and operational performance
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, QA/QC procedures, and HSE standards
- Support procurement, commercial, variation, payment, and project close out activities
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management
- Resolve technical and operational issues affecting project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience in the UAE
- Proven experience in an operations or senior project management position
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, regulations, contracts, and authority requirements
- Experience in structural strengthening, concrete repair, rehabilitation, maintenance, or building contracting is preferred
- Strong leadership, planning, commercial awareness, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
