Requirements
- Strong background in two or more of the following sectors: Oil & gas, petrochemical, offshore/onshore industrial projects, steel/aluminium/manufacturing plants, rope access/inspection/NDT/asset integrity/maintenance/shutdowns/industrial services, Saudi Aramco/SABIC/Ma'aden/SEC or major industrial client environments.
- Existing client relationships in Saudi Arabia, especially the Eastern Province.
- Ability to generate business and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Experience managing industrial service projects from award to completion.
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, manpower planning, and productivity.

Role Overview
- Megarme is consolidating its operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is looking for a strong Operations Manager – Energy & Industrial Services, mainly focused on the Eastern Province.
- This is a senior role for someone who can consolidate a winning organization, develop a pipeline, attract business, connect with key stakeholders, manage clients, and execute projects successfully from day one.
- The role will focus on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical Plants, Steel, Aluminium, Manufacturing, Offshore & Onshore Industrial Facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Energy & Industrial business unit in KSA, including business development, tendering support, project execution, client management, operational planning, and profitability.
- Bring new opportunities, meet clients, support tenders, secure work, and execute projects safely and profitably.
- Build Megarme’s position in the Saudi industrial market.
Key Requirements
- Strong background in two or more of the following sectors: Oil & gas; upstream, midstream, or downstream; petrochemical and chemical plants; offshore and onshore industrial projects; steel, aluminium, or manufacturing plants; rope access, inspection, NDT, asset integrity, maintenance, shutdowns, or
- Existing client relationships in Saudi Arabia, especially the Eastern Province.
- Ability to generate business and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Experience managing industrial service projects from award to completion.
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, manpower planning, and productivity.
- Experience preparing or supporting tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, clients, and site execution.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction targets.
- Aramco proven experience.
