Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and ensure all departments are running efficiently and in alignment with company objectives.

The Operations Manager will work closely with the Managing Partners and senior leadership team, acting as the central point of coordination across all functions of the business.

This role requires exceptional follow-up skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously across different countries and time zones.

Operations & Business Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the company across all departments.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Monitor workflows, deadlines, and project progress across the business.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity.
  • Establish and maintain operational procedures and best practices.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the Managing Partners.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Work closely with Design, Production, Sales, Wholesale, Retail, E-commerce, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance teams.
  • Ensure departments remain aligned on priorities, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Track deliverables and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings and follow-up on action points.

Team Management & Communication

  • Liaise with employees, consultants, and external partners across multiple countries.
  • Support internal communication and maintain clear information flow throughout the organization.
  • Monitor team performance and accountability.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related coordination when required.

Production & Factory Coordination

  • Liaise directly with factories, suppliers, and production partners.
  • Follow up on sampling, production timelines, quality control, and deliveries.
  • Ensure production schedules are adhered to and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate between design, production, and commercial teams to ensure smooth execution.

Inventory, Logistics & Supply Chain

  • Monitor inventory levels across all channels.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners.
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Ensure stock movements and inventory reporting are accurate and up to date.

Wholesale, Retail & E-commerce Support

  • Support wholesale and retail operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor operational performance across all sales channels.
  • Assist with launch planning, collection deliveries, and commercial initiatives.
  • Work closely with the E-commerce team to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Administrative & Strategic Support

  • Support the Managing Partners in executing strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate special projects and company-wide initiatives.
  • Maintain operational calendars and company-wide planning schedules.
  • Ensure all departments remain aligned with company goals and growth objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable working across different cultures, countries, and time zones.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and operational management systems.
  • Experience in luxury fashion, footwear, accessories, or retail is highly preferred.

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Managing Partners and works closely with all department heads to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.
