- Manage and oversee all production and operational activities across the factory
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
- Lead production planning and ensure timely delivery of customer orders
- Monitor and improve health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Build, mentor, and motivate operational teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in operations within the stone industry (marble, granite, or natural stone manufacturing)
- Demonstrated experience managing large scale factory operations
- Strong leadership, decision making, and people management skills
- Excellent problem solving, planning, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage

Role Overview

Compensation
- Pay: From AED20,000.00 per month
