• We're looking for an Operations Manager who will become the steady heartbeat of the villa — someone who keeps everything running beautifully behind the scenes so our guests and practitioners can focus on what matters most.
• What you'll own:
• Day-to-day operations of the villa — making sure everything flows smoothly and feels good
• Managing and supporting the front desk / admin team
• Coordinating contractors: maintenance, cleaning, facilities
• Being the point of contact for yoga teachers, massage therapists, and visiting specialists
• Supporting the organisation of events, workshops, and marketing activations
• Spotting what can be improved — and making it happen
