Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize daily operations, manage logistics and supply chain processes, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure operational efficiency.
The role also includes maintaining compliance with regulations, supervising team performance, improving operational workflows, and resolving any logistical challenges effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, and transportation management
- A total understanding of freight forwarding operations ,pricing Import and export different models
- Strong skills in project management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
- Leadership and team management experience, including coaching and performance evaluation
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and tools such as ERP and logistics management software
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and global trade requirements is an advantage
