We are looking for a hands-on Operations / Production Manager to lead workshop operations, fabrication planning, site coordination, installation scheduling, and execution control for our aluminum & glazing division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop and fabrication operations
- Plan production schedules based on project timelines
- Coordinate with site teams for measurements and installation
- Supervise fabrication labor, machine operators, and installers
- Ensure quality control and minimize material wastage
- Coordinate procurement requirements and material tracking
- Review shop drawings and fabrication details
- Monitor productivity, deliveries, and installation progress
- Resolve site and production issues efficiently
- Maintain organized workflow between factory and site teams
- Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Requirements
- 7+ years UAE experience in aluminum and glass/facade works
- Experience managing workshop and site execution together
- Ability to handle labor teams and production planning
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with UAE suppliers and fabrication processes
- Ability to read and coordinate shop drawings
- UAE driving license preferred
