About the Role
We are hiring an Operations Manager for our holiday home team. You will manage day-to-day operations, guest communication, property owner relationships, and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Managing day to day operations across our holiday home portfolio
- Handling guest communication before, during, and after their stay
- Managing relationships and communication with property owners
- Preparing and managing Owner Management Agreements and operational documents
- Coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, and inspections
- Optimizing operational processes and ensuring excellent service quality
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Experience in hospitality, property management, real estate, or operations is an advantage
- Ability to prepare and manage Owner Management Agreements and related documentation
- Confident in communicating professionally with property owners, guests, and service providers
- Comfortable using digital tools and property management systems
- Able to coordinate maintenance requests and ensure smooth daily operations
- Proactive, detail oriented, and able to solve problems independently
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages such as German are a plus
- UAE driving license is an advantage
