Responsibilities
- Run day to day inbound, storage, picking/packing, and dispatch operations across HORECA, retail, eCommerce, and wholesale channels
- Maintain service levels (fill rate / OTIF) and order accuracy during normal and peak periods
- Enforce strict SOPs, health & safety, and cold chain discipline across frozen, chilled, and ambient zones
- Manage cycle counting, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO rotation, and near expiry controls to reduce stock loss
- Lead, roster, and develop a diverse team of 20+ supervisors, controllers, pickers, packers, and forklift operators
- Track and act on operational KPIs (cost per order, pick/pack rate, dock to stock) using data for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience, ideally within Food & Beverage or FMCG sectors
- Strong WMS knowledge and inventory system proficiency
- Deep experience with multi temperature/cold chain environments and food safety protocols (ISO 22000 / HACCP)
- Proven track record of managing, motivating, and rostering a team of 20+ operational staff
- Excellent problem solving skills and comfort with operational data
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflow
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)

About The Role
- We are looking for an Operations Manager to own the floor at our multi temperature, ISO 22000 food facility in Dubai.
- This is a hands on, lead from the front role focused on service levels, order accuracy, and food safety.
Primary Responsibilities
- Run the day to day inbound, storage, picking/packing, and dispatch operations across all channels (HORECA, retail, eCommerce, and wholesale).
- Maintain service levels (fill rate / OTIF) and order accuracy through normal and high volume peak periods.
- Enforce strict SOPs, health & safety, and cold chain discipline across frozen, chilled, and ambient zones. Uphold ISO 22000 / HACCP standards.
- Manage cycle counting, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO rotation, and near expiry controls to aggressively reduce stock loss.
- Lead, roster, and develop a diverse team of 20+ supervisors, controllers, pickers, packers, and forklift operators.
- Track and act on operational KPIs (cost per order, pick/pack rate, dock to stock) using data to drive continuous improvement.
What You Need To Excel
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience, ideally within Food & Beverage or FMCG sectors.
- You love being on the floor. This is a lead from the floor role, not a desk job.
- Strong WMS knowledge, inventory system proficiency, and deep experience with multi temperature/cold chain environments and food safety protocols (ISO 22000 / HACCP).
- Proven track record of successfully managing, motivating, and rostering a team of 20+ operational staff.
- Excellent problem solving skills and strong comfort level working with operational data to drive efficiency.
- Comfortable using AI tools in your day to day workflow. Prior hands on experience with AI copilots is a massive plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent hands on experience).
