  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the day to day operations of our academies and business units.

Operational Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of all branches and ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor performance and ensure compliance with company standards and objectives.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely execution of operational activities.

Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain and organize operational records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates for management.
  • Monitor contracts, renewals, and vendor agreements.

Human Resources Coordination

  • Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
  • Support employee performance management and staff development initiatives.
  • Manage staff schedules, leave records, and administrative requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between branches and departments.

Branch & Team Management

  • Supervise branch administrators and support staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular meetings with branch teams to review performance and operational matters.
  • Support the implementation of strategic plans and new initiatives.

Marketing & Business Support

  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Support event planning, workshops, and corporate activities.
  • Monitor branch performance and assist in achieving revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and business growth.

Stakeholder & Client Relations

  • Liaise with corporate clients, vendors, and external partners.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated concerns and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or business management.
  • Experience in managing multiple branches or locations is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in the education, training, fitness, or service industry will be an advantage.

Pay

  • AED5,000.00 per month
