- Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth workflow from production to delivery
- Manage production planning and scheduling to meet project deadlines

- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Design, and Project Teams
- Supervise factory staff, machine operators, carpenters, and installers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Control operational costs, material utilization, and wastage
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirements
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and KPIs
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 5 years UAE experience in wood manufacturing, joinery, furniture, or fit out industry
- Strong knowledge of wood manufacturing, joinery production, CNC operations, and installation processes
- Experience with ERP systems and production reporting
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and people management skills

- The Operations Executive supports daily production and operational activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in accordance with quality standards.
