Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Operations team, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Handle the complete import and export clearance process, including MOFA attestations, Dubai Trade, Calogi, Dubai Customs, and other related government portals
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Customs, Free Zone, and international trade regulations
- Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping agents, customs brokers, and logistics service providers
- Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Negotiate freight rates and optimize logistics costs
- Develop and improve operational procedures to increase efficiency
- Ensure timely execution of all import/export documentation and customs clearance activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
- Hands on experience with DAFZA or JAFZA operations is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE Customs regulations, Free Zone procedures, and import/export documentation
- Practical experience using Dubai Trade, Calogi, MOFA, and other relevant government systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills

Salary
