Role Overview
Manage end-to-end execution of multi-UAV drone light shows for Airbotix Technology.
The role is part of the Operations and Maintenance team and involves travel to show sites across India.
The posting prefers an immediate joiner.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute drone light show missions.
- Perform pre-show site surveys.
- Manage fleet pre-flight checks, arming sequences, and post-flight diagnostics.
- Troubleshoot RTK fix failures, altitude offsets, and motor or ESC anomalies in the field.
- Coordinate with ground crew and show production teams on show file execution.
- Maintain fleet airworthiness, including batteries, frames, and propellers.
- Compile show logs and submit incident or deviation reports.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of hands-on UAV or drone operations experience.
- Demonstrated experience with RTK-based mission planning using ArduPilot, Mission Planner, or an equivalent system.
- Understanding of RF link management, frequency coordination, and show-site RF environment assessment.
- Ability to read and act on telemetry data during live operations.
