Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple food and beverage concepts, ensuring consistent service quality, adherence to standards, and efficient workflows
- Manage staff schedules, supervise front and back of house teams, monitor inventory and supply chain needs, and coordinate with vendors and support functions
- Implement operational policies, track performance metrics, address customer feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve financial targets, optimize costs, and maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management within the food and beverage or hospitality sector, overseeing multi unit or high volume locations
- Strong skills in team leadership, staff supervision, coaching, and performance management
- Experience with process optimization, workflow planning, and implementing standard operating procedures
- Competence in inventory control, basic budgeting, and cost management
- Ability to analyze operational data, monitor KPIs, and use insights to improve service and efficiency
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle escalations and resolve issues professionally
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills to manage priorities in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of local health, safety, and food hygiene standards in Qatar or willingness to learn and comply
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Operations Manager role based in Doha, Qatar.
- The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple food and beverage concepts, ensuring consistent service quality, adherence to standards, and efficient workflows.
- Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising front and back of house teams, monitoring inventory and supply chain needs, and coordinating with vendors and support functions.
