We are looking for an **Operations Manager** who will take ownership of our operational processes and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations across service, sales, and logistics teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, preparing reports for senior leadership.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and team schedules.
  • Mentor and develop team members, conducting performance reviews and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational goals with business objectives.

What We Are Looking For

**Experience:** 6+ years in operations management, with at least 1–2 years leading teams in automotive, logistics, or service operations.

**Leadership Skills:** Ability to motivate teams, solve problems proactively, and implement effective processes.

**Analytical Skills:** Strong data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring capabilities.

**Communication:** Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, able to liaise with staff, vendors, and senior management.

**Mindset:** Pragmatic and results-oriented.

Knows when to optimize processes and when to act decisively.

Pay: QAR32,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
