Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs efficiently, meets financial goals, and provides exceptional service to our guests.

You will play a key role in maintaining operational standards, managing staff, and promoting a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Operational Management**: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food service, staffing, and customer service.
  • **Staff Supervision**: Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • **Financial Oversight**: Manage budgets, control costs, analyze financial reports, and develop strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness to exceed customer expectations.
  • **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels, supplier relationships, and ordering processes to maintain adequate stock and minimize waste.
  • **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • **Performance Improvement**: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices.
  • **Marketing Support**: Assist in developing promotional strategies and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
  • **Problem-Solving**: Address customer complaints and employee issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
