- Oversee day to day factory operations
- Plan, manage, and optimize production processes

- Lead and develop production, warehouse, and operations teams
- Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost performance
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, sales, and project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in factory or manufacturing operations
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English
