Job Summary:
AMETEK SCP is establishing an operational presence in the United Kingdom and need an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to transition and grow the business. This leadership role is foundational and will play a critical part in building, shaping, and scaling AMETEK SCP’s UK operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of operational leadership in the UK, owning day-to-day operations
Establish and embed core UK operational processes, controls, and best practices
Support UK business activities across administration, suppliers, compliance, and workflows
Work collaboratively with US-based Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure technical alignment, consistent execution, and adherence to quality standards
