In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Lead overall factory performance, including output, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Value Stream Managers and their teams
- Align manufacturing execution with supply chain priorities and customer commitments
- Ensure consistent and effective production planning, sequencing, and execution across value streams
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement using lean methodologies and structured problem-solving
- Drive improvements in equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams
- Support effective inventory and workflow management to optimise throughput and reduce delays
- Create an environment of accountability, transparency, and proactive communication
- Champion employee engagement, development, and inclusive team practices

For This Role, You Will Need
- Minimum 10 years experience leading manufacturing or operations teams in a production environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, performance metrics, and delivery commitments
- Proven ability to lead through others, including layered team structures
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainable improvement
- Ability to collaborate across functions and manage competing priorities effectively
- Familiarity with continuous improvement approaches such as lean or similar methodologies
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart
- Experience managing complex manufacturing operations or technical product environments
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or JD Edwards
- Experience with structured continuous improvement approaches (e.g., TPM, 5S, or equivalent)
- Understanding of safety, quality, and operational performance frameworks
- Background in engineering, operations, or supply chain disciplines
