Yes Healthy is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager for its healthy food, meal subscription, and cloud kitchen operations.

The role owns the full operating cycle from customer orders and production planning through dispatch, delivery, and customer support.

The manager is expected to solve operational problems, control costs, improve customer experience, and build scalable systems.

Manage daily cloud kitchen operations and ensure meal production matches active orders and subscriptions.
Coordinate kitchen, packing, delivery, and customer service teams while monitoring performance and bottlenecks.
Supervise production quality, recipes, portions, meal specifications, packing timelines, and presentation.
Manage customer-specific meals, dietary requirements, allergies, incorrect orders, missing meals, and delays.
Monitor inventory, purchasing, minimum stock levels, receiving, usage, shortages, and food wastage.
Monitor food, labour, delivery, and operating costs and support budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.
Coordinate dispatch windows, drivers, third-party delivery partners, failed deliveries, and delivery records.
Oversee complaints, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and support customer retention.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, storage, temperature control, food handling, and required documentation.
Develop and improve SOPs for production, packing, inventory, delivery, customer service, and business scaling.
Supervise staff, allocate tasks, monitor attendance and productivity, train employees, and conduct performance reviews.
Prepare operational reports covering orders, subscriptions, costs, wastage, delivery, complaints, retention, and profitability.

3–5+ years of relevant F&B, cloud kitchen, meal-preparation, central kitchen, or food delivery operations experience.
Previous cloud kitchen or meal-preparation management experience is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of kitchen production and operational workflows is required.
Experience managing kitchen and operations teams is required.
Strong inventory and wastage-control knowledge is required.
Understanding of food cost and basic P&L is required.
Delivery aggregator experience with Talabat, Careem, Keeta, Noon, or Deliveroo is advantageous.
Good knowledge of UAE food safety and hygiene requirements is required.
Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting skills are required.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills are required.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is required.
The successful candidate must be organized, accountable, detail-oriented, and willing to work hands-on on-site.

Delivery operations, POS or ordering systems, and aggregator platforms.
SOP development, HACCP or food safety, Excel or Google Sheets, and KPI or MIS reporting.

Full-time, on-site work in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
The role requires hands-on presence in the kitchen and close coordination with operational teams.

The description includes a monthly salary range of AED 2,500–3,500 depending on experience and qualifications.
