Position Overview

The Operations Manager supports the daily operations of the store.

The role ensures smooth back-of-house processes, inventory accuracy, and support for an exceptional client experience.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support receiving, tagging, replenishment, cycle counts, product movement, and packaging.
  • Arrange inbound and outbound shipments, including client orders and inter-boutique transfers.
  • Maintain movement documentation and support inventory reporting and issue resolution.
  • Prepare products for visual merchandising and maintain boutique standards.
  • Manage packaging and other supplies and support facilities and maintenance needs.
  • Retrieve alternate product sizes, colors, and styles to support clients.
  • Support opening and closing, cash handling, physical inventory, and other managerial objectives.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and corporate partners on product and operational concerns.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, integrity, accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations-focused role.
  • Experience in an elevated retail or hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and inventory platforms.
  • Familiarity with RFID technology is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing workloads and tasks.
  • Ability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
  • Flexible availability for weekends and holidays.
