Global Supply Axis operates a circular business model that extends the life cycle of consumer electronics.
The company supports OEM trade-in programs across more than six countries and distributes refurbished devices to buyers in over 12 countries.
Role Description
Oversee warehouse and distribution activities for refurbished devices and other consumer electronics.
Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of products while meeting order fulfillment targets.
Operations and Coordination
- Supervise operations staff, manage inventory levels, optimize workflows, and coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams.
- Monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, enforce quality and safety standards, and resolve operational issues in real time.
- Collaborate on capacity planning, vendor coordination, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Workplace and Location
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management experience, including warehouse or distribution center oversight and process optimization.
- Experience with inventory management, demand planning, and basic supply chain principles in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and develop teams, manage staffing schedules, and foster safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and dashboards to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability.
- Prior experience in electronics, refurbished goods, or e-commerce operations is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred, and relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi and adapt to changing priorities and growth.
