Role Overview
Lead overall operations for a carpentry and joinery factory, covering production, manpower, procurement coordination, quality control, logistics, and project delivery.
Coordinate effectively with project and site teams across carpentry, joinery, and interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day factory operations and coordinate production according to project requirements and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate factory, site, design, procurement, and project management teams.
- Monitor capacity, manpower, materials, machinery, priorities, productivity, wastage, and operational costs.
- Ensure joinery work meets approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Oversee production of doors, wardrobes, cabinets, wall cladding, counters, reception desks, furniture, and bespoke carpentry items.
- Supervise factory personnel and lead the team toward productivity and delivery targets.
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, transportation, loading, and delivery of finished joinery items.
- Prepare operational and production reports and implement corrective actions for operational problems.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in carpentry, joinery, and interior fit-out.
