• A tertiary qualification in Business Management or similar (desirable)
• Demonstrated experience in successfully leading a team through transformation
• Proven experience as an effective member of a management team
• Strong business and commercial acumen, as well as strong strategic financial management skills
• Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to resolve conflict and manage the process of negotiation and mediation within the construction industry and other stakeholders.
• Extensive experience and proven ability in objectively identifying and analysing complex, sensitive and strategic issues.
• Proven ability to communicate and build positive relationships with staff, customers and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
