Oversee end-to-end operations across food and beverage outlets and a central kitchen.
Ensure efficiency, quality, profitability, service standards, and compliance with company policies.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of outlets and the central kitchen.
- Ensure smooth functioning of kitchen, service, and stores departments.
- Monitor service quality, food quality, and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, train, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, performance reviews, and team development.
Process and Quality Control
- Implement and maintain SOPs across operations.
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards, including FSSAI requirements, are followed.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure corrective actions.
