- Conduct audits based on SOPs, analyze data and propose process improvement initiatives

- Foresee implications based on current data and trends

- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Key Job Responsibilities
- Own deployment of Continuous Improvement of network standards, in collaboration with MENA Process Owners, MENA ACES and local Process Managers.
- Monitor operations of the assigned sites and suggest & deploy improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders.
- Train & direct Logistics supervisors and associates for action and conformance of norms & practices.
- Audit the sites for various operational conformances, restrictions and norms.
- Conduct audits on based on SOPs, analyze data and propose process improvement initiatives.
- Identify useful data accumulated from multiple sources and take necessary actions.
- Foresee implications based on current data and trends.
- Be organized, apt and prompt in notifying the situation, problem solve and communicate.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
