Role Overview
Oversee daily ambulance operations, regulatory compliance, staff performance, and high-quality service delivery across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee emergency and non-emergency ambulance operations, fleet readiness, and crew deployment.
- Ensure compliance with DOH, MOHRE, and Abu Dhabi EMS standards.
- Lead and supervise nurses and ensure completion of required DOH training.
- Monitor KPIs, service quality, and client satisfaction for government and private contracts.
- Coordinate with clinical leadership to maintain high patient-care standards.
- Manage onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Implement operational policies, safety protocols, and incident-reporting procedures.
- Support business continuity, resource planning, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in ambulance operations or healthcare emergency services.
- Strong knowledge of UAE EMS regulations and compliance requirements.
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
- English, Hindi, Malayalam, and basic Arabic are preferred.
Compensation
- The description states pay of AED 5,500 to AED 6,500 per month.
