The Role
The Operations Manager runs the delivery engine for corporate services across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
The role is hands-on management, with responsibility for teams, processes, escalated cases, and deadlines with statutory consequences.
The role reports to the Managing Director and is based on-site in Dubai with oversight of KSA operations.
Service Delivery
- Own delivery of incorporations, licence renewals, amendments, attestations, visa and Iqama processing, payroll runs, and ongoing corporate administration.
- Maintain a live matter tracker across every client and jurisdiction to prevent missed expiry dates, filing dates, and payroll cutoffs.
- Allocate work daily, set priorities, and step in personally on escalated cases.
- Define and improve standard operating procedures for recurring service lines.
- Set turnaround-time standards and report performance monthly.
Regulatory Processing
- Oversee UAE processing across DED, free-zone portals, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Amer, and Tas-heel.
- Oversee processing across Saudi Arabia operations.
Role Requirements
- The role requires hands-on team management, process ownership, escalation handling, and accountability for statutory deadlines.
- The role requires delivery capability across corporate services and regulatory processing in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
