Responsibilities
- Oversee efficient running of all operations across assigned facilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor operating procedures, policies, and standards
- Plan, coordinate, and execute facilities projects including maintenance and upgrades
- Prepare, manage, and monitor annual operational budgets
- Manage all operational staff including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, MOHRE requirements, and health & safety regulations
- Maintain safe working environments and implement health and safety procedures
- Ensure exceptional service delivery across all facilities
- Conduct regular operational audits and site inspections
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, KPIs, and budget status
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in operations management
- Experience in managing facilities such as hotels, camps, or properties
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and MOHRE requirements
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Budget preparation and cost control experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee efficient running of all operations across assigned facilities (hotels, camps, beach, schools, properties); ensure all standards, policies, and procedures are maintained and upheld.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operating procedures, policies, and standards across all facilities to ensure consistency and excellence
- Plan, coordinate, and execute facilities projects including maintenance, upgrades, renovations, and capital improvements
- Prepare, manage, and monitor annual operational budgets; control costs and identify efficiency improvements
- Manage all operational staff including recruitment, training, performance management, and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, MOHRE requirements, health & safety regulations, and company policies
- Maintain safe working environments; implement and monitor health and safety procedures; manage incidents
- Ensure exceptional service delivery across all facilities; maintain high standards of service quality and client satisfaction
- Conduct regular operational audits and site inspections to verify compliance with company standards
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, KPIs, budget status, and strategic initiatives
