Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager, located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with some flexibility for remote work.
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank, streamline processes, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include managing workflows, analyzing operational performance, and collaborating with internal teams to improve and optimize systems and services.
Qualifications
- Strong management and leadership skills for overseeing teams and ensuring efficient daily operations
- Proficiency in process optimization, strategic planning, and workflow management
- Experience in compliance, risk management, and upholding operational standards
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in financial operations and familiarity with Islamic banking principles is highly desirable
- Proficiency with relevant operational and financial software systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
