Responsibilities
- Provide overall strategic direction and leadership for the firm
- Oversee business development, client relationship management, and design/delivery of consulting, training, investigation, and security management services
- Set organizational goals, supervise key projects, manage budgets and resources
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Guide team members, build partnerships, monitor market trends and security risks
- Continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven experience in security management, risk assessment, and investigative services within consultancy or related sectors
- Business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management skills
- Financial management skills including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring

- Knowledge of relevant Nigerian regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and best practices in security and intelligence consulting
- Bachelor's degree in security studies, criminology, business administration, management, or related field

Role Description
- The Owner role is a full time, on site position based in Abuja, responsible for providing overall strategic direction and leadership for the firm.
- Oversees business development, client relationship management, and design/delivery of consulting, training, investigation, and security management services.
- Daily responsibilities include setting organizational goals, supervising key projects, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Guiding team members, building partnerships, monitoring market trends and security risks, and continuously improving service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven experience in security management, risk assessment, and investigative services within consultancy or related sectors.
- Business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management skills.
- Financial management skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
