Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual Operations Manager to lead our clinical and customer service teams.
You will serve as the primary on-ground liaison between our specialized unit and hospital partners, ensuring operational excellence, seamless patient journeys, and high-standard service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- **Team Leadership:**
- Supervise, onboard, and evaluate Physiotherapy and Customer Service teams.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- **Operations:**
- Develop and implement patient management protocols; ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations and GDPR.
- **Patient Experience:**
- Oversee the end-to-end patient journey (admission to discharge).
- Act as the key point of contact for resolving concerns and improving service quality.
- **Commercial Support:**
- Identify growth opportunities, support revenue initiatives, and assist the marketing team with content collection.
- **Reporting:**
- Coordinate with finance for billing oversight and provide weekly/monthly operational performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in
Hr Administration
- or a related field.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of
- 2 years
- of experience in
Hr Or Front Desk
- management within a
- hospital setting
- .
- **Languages:**
- Native-level fluency in both
- Arabic and English
- (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- **Skills:**
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a patient-centric approach and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
- **Knowledge:**
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulatory standards.
