This is a part-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager based in Abu Dhabi.
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, including process optimization, team coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
This role involves planning, tracking key performance metrics, managing budgets, and supporting the team to achieve operational excellence.
The role requires working both on-site in Abu Dhabi and remotely as needed, offering flexibility while maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in operational processes, project management, and process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and stakeholder management
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of relevant software tools for operations, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to hybrid working conditions
- Experience in managing operations within a similar or related field is an advantage
