- Coordinate resources, workflows, and business processes to ensure smooth operations
- Lead and mentor teams to achieve operational objectives and performance targets
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support project delivery and business initiatives
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in operations management, business management, or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision making skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and operational performance

- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational best practices is an advantage
