Between Two Palms, a 24/7 specialty café in Abu Dhabi, is hiring a Café Manager to run daily operations including staff scheduling, supplier ordering, and catering coordination.

Responsibilities
- Manage staff scheduling, shift coverage, and day off rotations for a team of 11 across a 24/7 operation
- Handle staff attendance, discipline, and day to day team issues
- Manage supplier ordering and stock control (coffee, consumables, desserts, pastries)
- Coordinate and execute catering orders from confirmation to delivery
- Maintain opening/closing standards, cleanliness, and service quality
- Report weekly to ownership on stock, staffing, and operational issues
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as an F&B supervisor or assistant manager
- Comfortable managing a multinational team across day and night shifts
- Strong with basic Excel / WhatsApp based coordination
- English required
- UAE experience required
- Arabic a strong advantage
- Own visa or transferable visa preferred
