The role is responsible for building a team and operating model that consistently delivers memorable events.
What You Will Do
- Lead, train, and genuinely develop the events operations team.
- Step in for clients when situations become tense, last-minute, or high-stakes.
- Own events end to end, from the first brief to the final goodbye.
- Build relationships with suppliers and UAE officials.
- Identify ways to improve operations and implement changes when needed.
- Hire and onboard people as the company grows.
- Manage budgets and KPIs while protecting the client experience.
Requirements
- Ability to lead, train, and develop an events operations team.
- Ability to manage wedding and event delivery from the initial brief through completion.
- Ability to manage client issues in tense, last-minute, or high-stakes situations.
- Ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and UAE officials.
- Ability to manage budgets and KPIs while protecting the client experience.
- Ability to hire and onboard team members as the company grows.
